2024 YUWO Lecture Series: Historians at Yale
Emily Bazelon, Senior Research Fellow at Yale Law School; a staff writer for the New York Times Magazine, and co-host of the Slate podcast, Political Gabfest, will be the guest speaker for the first in the 2024 YUWO Fall Lecture Series on October 9 at the West Campus Conference Center.
She is the author of two national bestsellers: Sticks and Stones: Defeating the Culture of Bullying and Rediscovering the Power of Character and Empathy (2013); and Charged: The New Movement to Transform American Prosecution and End Mass Incarceration (2019).
This event will be conducted as a moderated Q&A designed for audience participation.
Open to members of YUWO and the general public.
