Hoadley Creek Preserve Walk/Hike

Our next walk will take place on Monday April 13, at the Hoadley Creek Preserve on the Branford/Guilford line.
This is a 3 mile out and back hike, with an option to shorten to 2 miles and to slightly vary the difficulty depending on preferences.
Part of the hike will be on the 3rd part of the Branford Trail.
There are some roots and rocks,
Dogs on leash are permitted
Directions and Parking:
Follow Leetes Island Road (Route 146) toward
Guilford. On Leetes Island Road, a parking lot
will be on your left just before the train tracks underpass.

We will meet at 9:45 for a 10 o’clock sharp start
Please text me at 203-804-3133, 24 hours before the hike to let me know if you will be coming, so we can be sure to wait for you should you be delayed.
If inclement weather, I will send an email to cancel before 7:30 on the day of the hike.
Also, if any of you have a favorite hike that you think would be good for the group to walk, please let me know.
